Privacy policy

This page explains what StockLK stores, where it stays, and what you can do about it.

StockLK is made by AdzoiProjects. Effective date: 22 October 2026.

What is stored, and where

• All of your shop's records stay on your phone. This includes your stock, bills, customers, payments, and your shop details.
• We do not receive your records. There is no StockLK account and no sign-up.
• Your free trial or pass is also kept on your phone, together with your records. This includes a list of the passes you bought: the order number, the pass, the date and the new end date.
• If you choose to connect Google Drive, StockLK saves backup copies of your records in a hidden folder that belongs to the app, in your own Google Drive. Only StockLK can use that folder. StockLK cannot see your other files in Google Drive. We cannot see the folder either.
• Copies in Google Drive have no separate StockLK password. They are protected by your Google account and by the hidden app folder. Each copy also carries a check code, so a damaged copy is never restored.
• Backup files that you share, and the automatic copies kept on your phone, are protected with a password that you choose. We do not know that password.
• If you save or share a backup file in some other way, for example by WhatsApp, that is your choice. The file is then kept by that service.

What the app reads, and why

• Contacts: the app reads your contacts only on your phone, when you pick a contact to fill in a customer or supplier. Contacts are never uploaded.
• Bluetooth: used to connect to your receipt printer.
• Location permission: on Android 11 and older, Android requires location permission before an app can scan for Bluetooth devices. StockLK asks for it only for that. We never collect or store your location.
• Internet: used for Google Play (buying a pass) and for Google Drive backup if you connect it.

Payments

Passes are paid for in Google Play. Google Play processes the payment. We do not receive your card or bank details. Google tells the app that a purchase was made, and the app keeps the order number on your phone.

Sharing

There are no ads in StockLK. There is no analytics. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone.

If you write to us for help, we receive your email address, or your WhatsApp number, and your message. We use it only to reply to you.

Your customers' details

Your shop's records may include details of your own customers and suppliers, such as names and phone numbers. These stay on your phone, and we never receive them. Your shop is responsible for how it uses them.

Deleting your data

• To remove the records from your phone, uninstall the app.
• To remove your backup copies in Google Drive, use Delete my Google Drive copies in the app. You can also remove the app's saved data in your Google account's settings for apps that are connected to your account.
• If you saved or shared a backup file somewhere else, delete it there.

Your rights

Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022, gives you rights over your personal data. These include the right to know what is held about you, to correct it, to ask for it to be erased, and to withdraw your consent.

Because your records are on your own phone, you can do most of this yourself in the app. For anything else, write to us at support@adzoi.lk. We will reply as soon as we can.

Children

StockLK is a business tool. It is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will put the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top. The current effective date is 22 October 2026.

ගබඩා වන්නේ මොනවාද, කොහේද

• ඔබේ වෙළඳසැලේ සියලු වාර්තා තියෙන්නේ ඔබේ දුරකථනයේයි. තොග, බිල්පත්, ගනුදෙනුකරුවන්, ගෙවීම් සහ වෙළඳසැලේ විස්තර මෙයට අයත්.
• ඔබේ වාර්තා අපට ලැබෙන්නේ නැත. StockLK ගිණුමක් නැත, ලියාපදිංචි වීමක් නැත.
• ඔබේ නොමිලේ අත්හදා බැලීම හෝ පාස් එක ද වාර්තා සමඟම ඔබේ දුරකථනයේ තබයි. ඔබ මිලදී ගත් පාස් ලැයිස්තුවක් ද ඒ අතර ඇත: ඇණවුම් අංකය, පාස් එක, දිනය සහ නව අවසන් දිනය.
• ඔබ Google Drive සම්බන්ධ කළහොත්, StockLK ඔබේ වාර්තාවල උපස්ථ පිටපත් ඔබේම Google Drive හි, යෙදුමට පමණක් අයත් සැඟවුණු ෆෝල්ඩරයක ගබඩා කරයි. ඒ ෆෝල්ඩරය භාවිත කළ හැක්කේ StockLK ට පමණි. ඔබේ Google Drive හි වෙනත් ගොනු StockLK ට නොපෙනේ. අපටත් ඒ ෆෝල්ඩරය නොපෙනේ.
• Google Drive හි ඇති පිටපත් සඳහා වෙනම StockLK මුරපදයක් නැත. ඒවා ආරක්ෂා වන්නේ ඔබේ Google ගිණුමෙන් සහ යෙදුමට පමණක් අයත් සැඟවුණු ෆෝල්ඩරයෙනි. සෑම පිටපතකටම පරීක්ෂා කේතයක් ද ඇත, එබැවින් හානි වූ පිටපතක් කිසි විටෙක ආපසු පිහිටුවන්නේ නැත.
• ඔබ බෙදාගන්නා උපස්ථ ගොනු සහ දුරකථනයේ තබන ස්වයංක්‍රීය පිටපත් ආරක්ෂා කරන්නේ ඔබ තෝරන මුරපදයකිනි. ඒ මුරපදය අපි නොදනිමු.
• උපස්ථ ගොනුවක් ඔබ වෙනත් ක්‍රමයකින් ගබඩා කළහොත් හෝ බෙදාගත්තොත්, උදාහරණයක් ලෙස WhatsApp මගින්, ඒ ඔබේ තීරණයයි. එවිට ඒ ගොනුව තබාගන්නේ ඒ සේවාවයි.

යෙදුම කියවන්නේ මොනවාද, ඇයි

• සම්බන්ධතා (Contacts): ගනුදෙනුකරුවෙකු හෝ සැපයුම්කරුවෙකු සඳහා සම්බන්ධතාවක් තෝරන විට පමණක්, ඔබේ දුරකථනයේ සම්බන්ධතා යෙදුම කියවයි. සම්බන්ධතා කිසි විටෙක උඩුගත (upload) කරන්නේ නැත.
• බ්ලූටූත් (Bluetooth): ඔබේ බිල්පත් මුද්‍රකයට සම්බන්ධ වීමට භාවිත කරයි.
• ස්ථාන අවසරය (Location): Android 11 සහ ඊට පරණ අනුවාදවල, බ්ලූටූත් උපාංග සෙවීමට පෙර යෙදුමකට ස්ථාන අවසරය අවශ්‍ය බව Android නියම කරයි. StockLK ඉල්ලන්නේ ඒ සඳහා පමණි. ඔබේ ස්ථානය අපි කිසි විටෙක එකතු කරන්නේවත් ගබඩා කරන්නේවත් නැත.
• අන්තර්ජාලය: Google Play සඳහා (පාස් එකක් මිලදී ගැනීමට) සහ ඔබ සම්බන්ධ කළහොත් Google Drive උපස්ථය සඳහා භාවිත කරයි.

ගෙවීම්

පාස් සඳහා ගෙවන්නේ Google Play හරහායි. ගෙවීම සකසන්නේ Google Play ය. ඔබේ කාඩ්පත හෝ බැංකු විස්තර අපට ලැබෙන්නේ නැත. මිලදී ගැනීමක් සිදු වූ බව Google විසින් යෙදුමට දන්වයි. යෙදුම ඇණවුම් අංකය ඔබේ දුරකථනයේ තබාගනී.

බෙදාගැනීම

StockLK හි වෙළඳ දැන්වීම් නැත. විශ්ලේෂණ (analytics) නැත. ඔබේ දත්ත අපි විකුණන්නේ නැත, කිසිවෙකු සමඟ බෙදාගන්නේත් නැත.

ඔබ සහාය සඳහා අපට ලියුවොත්, ඔබේ ඊමේල් ලිපිනය හෝ WhatsApp අංකය සහ ඔබේ පණිවිඩය අපට ලැබේ. ඒවා භාවිත කරන්නේ ඔබට පිළිතුරු දීමට පමණි.

ඔබේ ගනුදෙනුකරුවන්ගේ විස්තර

ඔබේ වෙළඳසැලේ වාර්තාවල ඔබේම ගනුදෙනුකරුවන්ගේ සහ සැපයුම්කරුවන්ගේ නම්, දුරකථන අංක වැනි විස්තර තිබිය හැක. ඒවා තියෙන්නේ ඔබේ දුරකථනයේයි, අපට කිසි විටෙක ලැබෙන්නේ නැත. ඒවා භාවිත කරන ආකාරයේ වගකීම ඔබේ වෙළඳසැලට අයත්.

ඔබේ දත්ත මකා දැමීම

• දුරකථනයෙන් වාර්තා ඉවත් කිරීමට යෙදුම අස්ථාපනය (uninstall) කරන්න.
• Google Drive හි ඔබේ උපස්ථ පිටපත් ඉවත් කිරීමට, යෙදුමේ Delete my Google Drive copies භාවිත කරන්න. ඔබේ Google ගිණුමට සම්බන්ධ යෙදුම් සඳහා ඇති සැකසුම් තුළින් ද යෙදුමේ ගබඩා කළ දත්ත ඉවත් කළ හැක.
• උපස්ථ ගොනුවක් ඔබ වෙනත් තැනක ගබඩා කළා නම් හෝ බෙදාගත්තා නම්, ඒ තැනින් එය මකා දමන්න.

ඔබේ අයිතිවාසිකම්

ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ 2022 අංක 9 දරන පුද්ගල දත්ත ආරක්ෂණ පනතෙන් ඔබේ පුද්ගලික දත්ත සම්බන්ධයෙන් ඔබට අයිතිවාසිකම් ලැබේ. ඒවාට ඔබ ගැන තබාගෙන ඇති දේ දැනගැනීමට, එය නිවැරදි කිරීමට, මකා දැමීමට ඉල්ලීමට සහ ඔබේ කැමැත්ත ඉවත් කර ගැනීමට ඇති අයිතිය ඇතුළත්.

ඔබේ වාර්තා තියෙන්නේ ඔබේම දුරකථනයේ නිසා, මෙයින් බොහොමයක් ඔබට යෙදුම තුළම කළ හැක. වෙනත් ඕනෑම දෙයක් සඳහා support@adzoi.lk වෙත ලියන්න. අපට හැකි ඉක්මනින් පිළිතුරු දෙන්නෙමු.

StockLK යනු ව්‍යාපාරික මෙවලමකි. එය ළමයින් සඳහා නිර්මාණය කළ එකක් නොවේ.
