Terms of use

These are the rules for using StockLK. Please read them.

StockLK is made by AdzoiProjects. Effective date: 22 October 2026.

What you are buying

You are buying a licence to use the StockLK app. You do not buy the app itself. We keep all rights to it.

Free trial

Every new shop gets a free trial of 30 days, counted from when you set up your shop in the app. No sign-up and no card are needed.

Passes

• A pass gives you 1, 2 or 3 years of use.
• You buy a pass inside the app, through Google Play. Google Play shows the price.
• A pass does not renew by itself. There is nothing to cancel.
• If you buy while your trial or pass is still running, the new time is added after the current end date. You do not lose any time.
• A pass or trial ends at the end of its last day, by the clock on your phone.

Shops that activated an earlier version of StockLK before it was on Google Play keep a lifetime licence.

When your trial or pass ends

• You can still view your records. You can still print and share old bills, make a backup, and restore a backup.
• You cannot add or change records until you choose a pass.
• We never delete your records.

Refunds

Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.

Your shop's responsibilities

• Keep your own backups. If you share a backup file, keep its password safe. If you lose that password, nobody can open that file, including us.
• Make sure the records you enter are correct.
• Follow the tax and invoice rules that apply to your business. StockLK is not a certified tax-invoice system.

No promises, and limits on our responsibility

StockLK is provided as it is, without promises that it will always work or be free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost data, lost profit or other indirect loss from using the app. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your current pass.

Law

These terms follow the laws of Sri Lanka. The courts of Sri Lanka decide any dispute about them.

Changes

We may change these terms. We will put the new version on this page and change the effective date. The current effective date is 22 October 2026.

StockLK භාවිත කිරීමේ නීති මෙහි ඇත. කරුණාකර කියවන්න.

StockLK සාදන්නේ AdzoiProjects විසිනි. බලපැවැත්වෙන දිනය: 2026 ඔක්තෝබර් 22.

ඔබ මිලදී ගන්නේ මොනවාද

ඔබ මිලදී ගන්නේ StockLK යෙදුම භාවිත කිරීමේ බලපත්‍රයයි. යෙදුම ම ඔබ මිලදී ගන්නේ නැත. එහි සියලු අයිතිය අප සතුය.

නොමිලේ අත්හදා බැලීම

සෑම නව වෙළඳසැලකටම දින 30ක නොමිලේ අත්හදා බැලීමක් ලැබේ. එය ගණන් කරන්නේ ඔබ යෙදුමේ වෙළඳසැල සකසන දා සිටයි. ලියාපදිංචි වීමක් හෝ කාඩ්පතක් අවශ්‍ය නැත.

පාස්

• පාස් එකකින් වසර 1ක්, 2ක් හෝ 3ක් භාවිත කළ හැක.
• පාස් එක මිලදී ගන්නේ යෙදුම ඇතුළෙන්, Google Play හරහායි. මිල පෙන්වන්නේ Google Play ය.
• පාස් එක තනියම අලුත් වන්නේ නැත. අවලංගු කිරීමට කිසිවක් නැත.
• අත්හදා බැලීම හෝ පාස් එක තවම ඇති අතරතුර මිලදී ගත්තොත්, අලුත් කාලය එකතු වන්නේ දැන් ඇති අවසන් දිනයට පසුවයි. ඔබට කිසිදු කාලයක් අහිමි වන්නේ නැත.
• පාස් එකක් හෝ අත්හදා බැලීමක් අවසන් වන්නේ එහි අවසන් දිනයේ දවස අවසානයේ, ඔබේ දුරකථනයේ ඔරලෝසුව අනුවයි.

StockLK Google Play හි නොතිබුණු කාලයේ පැරණි අනුවාදයක් සක්‍රිය කළ වෙළඳසැල්වලට ජීවිත කාලීන බලපත්‍රයක් තිබේ.

අත්හදා බැලීම හෝ පාස් එක අවසන් වූ පසු

• ඔබට තවමත් ඔබේ වාර්තා බැලිය හැක. පරණ බිල්පත් මුද්‍රණය කිරීමට, බෙදාගැනීමට, උපස්ථයක් සෑදීමට සහ උපස්ථයක් ආපසු පිහිටුවීමට (restore) ද හැක.
• පාස් එකක් තෝරන තුරු නව වාර්තා එක් කිරීමට හෝ වාර්තා වෙනස් කිරීමට නොහැක.
• ඔබේ වාර්තා අපි කිසි විටෙක මකා දමන්නේ නැත.

මුදල් ආපසු ගෙවීම්

මුදල් ආපසු ගෙවීම් සිදු වන්නේ Google Play හි මුදල් ආපසු ගෙවීමේ ප්‍රතිපත්තියට අනුවයි.

ඔබේ වෙළඳසැලේ වගකීම්

• ඔබේම උපස්ථ තබාගන්න. උපස්ථ ගොනුවක් බෙදාගන්නේ නම්, එහි මුරපදය ආරක්ෂිතව තබාගන්න. ඒ මුරපදය නැති වුවහොත් එම ගොනුව විවෘත කළ හැක්කේ කිසිවෙකුට නොවේ, අපටත් නොහැක.
• ඔබ ඇතුළත් කරන වාර්තා නිවැරදි බව තහවුරු කරගන්න.
• ඔබේ ව්‍යාපාරයට අදාළ බදු සහ ඉන්වොයිස් නීති පිළිපදින්න. StockLK යනු සහතික කළ බදු ඉන්වොයිස් පද්ධතියක් නොවේ.

පොරොන්දු නැත, අපගේ වගකීමට සීමා ඇත

StockLK ලබා දෙන්නේ ඇති ආකාරයෙනි. එය සැමවිටම වැඩ කරන බවට හෝ දෝෂ නැති බවට පොරොන්දුවක් නැත. නීතිය ඉඩ දෙන තරමට, යෙදුම භාවිතයෙන් සිදුවන දත්ත අහිමි වීම්, ලාභ අහිමි වීම් හෝ වක්‍ර පාඩු සඳහා අපි වගකියන්නේ නැත. නීතිය ඉඩ දෙන තරමට, ඕනෑම ඉල්ලීමක් සඳහා අපගේ සම්පූර්ණ වගකීම ඔබේ දැන් ඇති පාස් එක සඳහා ඔබ ගෙවූ මුදලට සීමා වේ.

නීතිය

මෙම නියමයන් ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ නීතියට යටත් වේ. ඒවා ගැන ඇතිවන ඕනෑම ආරවුලක් විභාග කරන්නේ ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ අධිකරණයන් ය.

වෙනස්කම්

අපට මෙම නියමයන් වෙනස් කළ හැක. නව අනුවාදය මෙම පිටුවේ තබා බලපැවැත්වෙන දිනය වෙනස් කරන්නෙමු. දැන් බලපැවැත්වෙන දිනය 2026 ඔක්තෝබර් 22.
